Since 2017, we’ve helped Pacific Dental Smiles in their journey to opening numerous stores across Australia, from Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra, Bondi, Glendale, Victoria, and other locations (there’s just too many to mention!).
The goal of the campaign is to book hundreds of appointments per pop-up and deliver smiles to everyone.
We’ve provided brand ambassadors to every shopping centre pop-up as well as mascots for Mr Toothy and the Tooth Fairy. By the beginning of 2022, we’ve helped them launch their 121st centre nationwide (as of this writing).
Black Diamond have provided Pacific Smiles Group with Brand Ambassadors as well as mascot staff for short and long-term activations across a variety of regions including NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD for almost two years now.

COYO
COYO is one of our newer clients. They offer healthy, plant-based functional foods with plant-powered probiotics and gut-loving ingredients. They have a variety of coconut milk products that are crafted from their coconut-only facility based on the Sunny Coast of Australia.
Black Diamond provided brand ambassadors to COYO for their product sampling campaigns in different shopping centres in Brisbane. People had a taste of their delicious and healthy variety of yoghurts and guilt-free ice creams.
It was a great experience working with COYO and our brand ambassadors were truly giving their best so people can be treated to their first great experience with COYO.

Deliveroo
We’re sure you’ve heard about Deliveroo and have had your favourite meal delivered to your doorstep through their service.
When Deliveroo first came to us, the goal of their campaign was to increase brand awareness throughout Australia, and we were tasked with putting signages on more than 10,000 restaurants. Our team of brand ambassadors were out for months making sure that every single restaurant was visited. Extensive reporting was submitted as proof of the job completed.
MG Motors
MG Motors in their aim to promote their new car models put up a display at the various shopping centres around the major cities of Australia. They hired the services of Black Diamond Agency to provide staffing that will give customers who were unfamiliar with or had not considered them before, a walkthrough of the car models.
Our staff was able to meet the requirements MG were looking for and at the end of the day, it was a fruitful experience, and our staff was able to demonstrate their knowledge of the cars to people who were interested to know more or are considering buying them in the future.
