- First, let us know what you need. Easily fill out a quick quoting form here so we understand exactly what you need. This will include the date, time, location, number of staff, and a brief description of the staff’s role. Our Sales Coordinator will send you a quote for approval and will liaise with you back and forth if any amendments are needed. Once you’ve given us the go-ahead, we’ll send you a contract for signing, which outlines our cancellation policy and other important details.
- After signing the contract, an introduction to your Account Manager takes place, and they will ask any final questions before briefing the Staffing Manager on your job. The Staffing Manager will contact our casual team for availabilities and to assess who is the best suited for the role, and get them booked in. Your Account Manager will then share the roster with staff details with you including their contact number and uniform size (if required)
- Prior to the event, we’ll ask for additional details to prepare an event brief for our staff. This includes who is their contact on arrival, where is the meeting point, uniform requirements and a detailed job description. We’ll then pass on the event brief to the team and conduct any training if this has been booked prior.
- Throughout the process and to guarantee the success of your event, an Account Manager is available around-the-clock in case of any last-minute changes to your event. And then after the event to make sure we’re always exceeding expectations, we’ll check in with you and ask for feedback on the staff we provided.
