It was the third time lucky for Ceco Forma, who engaged us to staff their large stand at the Fine Foods Festival on behalf of the European Union. The job consisted of a strong team of RSA-qualified staff, with experience in the hospitality industry, managed by an experienced Event Manager to take the pressure off the Brussels team. Days were non-stop with assisting with tastings and samplings, preparing and clearing cooking demonstrations and maintaining the professional standards of the stand. We were happy to arrange the additional touch of orange to the staffs’ uniforms as well.
