Headbox is Corporate events with Confidence providing seamless in person events to their clients.
With over 18 events in 2022 alone with Black Diamond Agency, Headbox has entrusted us to meet the needs of every event they throw our way, every time.

Each event has similar requirements. Our largest logistical event required the team here at Black Diamond to provide a team of 15 staff in Hobart with 5 of their personal favourite staff from previous campaigns requested fly in from different states around Australia, to undertake a 5-day campaign as guest managers.

Staff were stationed across 9 hotels around the Hobart CBD and 8 other venues including the Airport to manage hotel check ins of attendees, airport and luggage transfers, packing and delivering personalised gift bags, event registrations, wayfinding, mic running and room turnover. They delivered epic service on back to back up to 14 hour days to knock this out of the park, taking the stress out of the logistics for this very happy client.

We have staffed:

  • Firmwide Offsite’s multi day conference in the Sunshine Coast with 11 staff staying onsite, working across 4 days. 10 guest manager and 1 team leader to ensure quick action and point of escalation for any event matters and smooth running of all duties forementioned above.  
  • PWC’s Christmas events in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra. Sydney requiring 34 staff for the one-night event with staff on the floor supervising arrivals and customer service requirements right through to departure.
  • Creative Publishers Conference Party in Sydney with just 1 staff member assisting onsite managing late attendees and mic running duties.
  • KPMG Sorrento event with 4 staff moving across multiple locations throughout the day with the attendees providing wayfinding, registration and general event assistance.
