We can also provide staff for nearby cities such as Geelong, Sunshine Coast and Wollongong, with additional travel costs. For regional areas, travel charges apply, and some locations may have minimum spend requirements.

Every candidate undergoes extensive assessment in our recruitment process. We only hire the top 16% of applicants because we want only the best. The recruitment process involves:

  • Application assessment – we’re looking at previous job experience and overall suitability. 
  • Background checks – we check all the essential legal stuff.
  • Skills assessments – we test real world skills in Communication and Understanding Instructions
  • Personality testing – we’re looking for extroverts to work in our industry.
  • One way video interviewing & Q&A – this is so we can assess verbal & written communication skills.
  • Reference checking – we check the references of previous employers to ensure they’re the right fit for us and our clients.

We charge per hour per staff, with a 4 hour minimum per staff and a management fee on top. The hourly rate depends on the day of the week, time of day and role they are performing.

Professional, reliable staff vetted through skills assessments, interviews, and background checks. Engaged as casual employees with full payroll and compliance managed, including:

We always have a plan B for last minute cancellations. We can discuss this with you on an individual basis as our plan B depends on the job and the location.

Yes – assuming it’s in a major city! Our ability to staff last minute shifts is not guaranteed and depends on staff availability, however we are usually successful in 95% of cases. We’re a small business and can move very quickly, but only if you can too.
