Pacific Smiles Dental is Australia’s local dentist who engages our services every time they are about to open a new dental centre. From our first pop-up on the Central Coast in 2018, through to 2020 helping them launch their 100th centre and beyond, it’s safe to say Pacific Smiles Dental is one of our longest and happiest customers!
Working across Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Canberra, we had a lot of smiles to deliver. In fact, our goal was to book hundreds of dental appointments per pop-up. We provide brand ambassadors at their shopping centre pop-ups to book dental appointments and generate leads in the weeks leading up to the centre opening. They also engage us to provide a staff member for their mascots which are Mr Toothy and the Tooth Fairy who help create attention and brand awareness. We have up to 3 staff onsite each day for a 3-week period every time a new centre is launched and now provide 1 week-long booster campaign. In 2021 we helped them launch on the West Coast of Australia under the HBF Dental brand, taking over full logistic services of all pop-ups across the country
