To bring online retailer, Shein, to a temporary physical storefront for shoppers around Australia


Shein is a worldwide award-winning online retail giant known for its popularity among Generation Z consumers. After knocking it out of the park for their pop-up retail stores in Sydney and Melbourne, Shein continue to engage Black Diamond Agency for their expansion in face-to-face marketing to take the pressure off their internal team. With their success from the campaigns so far, Shein is continuing to grow and has taken on Ultrafest with a new set of staffing goals!

Since early 2022, we have provided teams of retail professionals to represent and embody Shein’s brand values. For each pop-up, the team helped set up and unpack the stores, and work the VIP influencer events, as well for three consecutive days each location was open to the public. The team were involved in customer service, point of sale, changing rooms, and stock running. The long days were busy but the girls still kept up the fun and, got some great content along the way! Ultra Fest brought a whole new energy, where we provided a large team of makeup sales professionals with that focus still squarely on brand fit. Think something is too niche?
