The Gemba Group is the authority in sport and entertainment. With over 40 campaigns since engaging us in mid-2022, it’s safe to say they came in with a bang! The Gemba Group require high energy sports and entertainment enthusiasts as staff for their campaigns all around the country usually at short notice. We’ve delivered staff in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Wollongong, Sunshine Coast and Hobart and each can be either be a one off campaign or the same campaign each week across a whole season.

Most Gemba Group campaigns are in depth and require online training for all staff which we arrange and facilitate prior to the event to ensure the highest quality and functioning campaigns even with tight turnarounds.
